It is my passion to share teachings that empower people to understand the world of energy that is influencing their lives 100% of the time, whether conscious of it or not. I offer classes on a variety of Metaphysical and Energy Work topics from A – Z. Classes will be 6 week blocks on a topic(s), once per week, 2 hour sessions. Classes will be recorded if you cannot make a live class.

The Goal of the classes is to provide easy energetic tools that you can use to step into
that place of your creative, intuitive power and presence. The ultimate goal is to bring
your entire energetic system into balance and to it’s highest vibrancy for self-growth and
healing. Each step builds a foundation of gathering and balancing information in
learning about yourself and your amazing energy system on a more conscious level,
tuning your attention to your intuition and getting your own answers from your higher,
wise, intuitive guidance system.
You will learn about:
- Your Higher Self and how to work with your own intuitive guidance system.
- Your personal Intuitive Style(s).
- Your energetic anatomy, what it is, where it is and how it operates.
- Your place of neutrality, point of power and focus and its location inside your body.
- The power of intention in everything you do.
- How to ground your energy field and the incredible benefits of being grounded.
- How to have a fun and active meditation, not having to quiet your mind and sit in
silence.
- What your auric field is and how to maintain it with ease for optimum health.
- The power of Present Timing and Present Aging yourself.
- How to shift the vibration of anything with a simple technique.
- Your powerful energy centers (chakras) and how to easily maintain them.
- The power of other people’s energy in your field; how to clear it out and regain your
sanity.
- The importance of staying curious and playful when working with your intuitive
guidance.

My style of teaching is experiential. Allowing you to have a personal experience with all
of the techniques gives the teachings a clearer meaning and understanding to you and
empowers you to continue using the techniques with ease and effortlessness long after
the class is over. Living your best life knowing you are a Spirit having a Human
experience!
