Reiki Healings
Our bodies are energy fields. Universal life energy is channeled through the practitioner to the recipient whose body determines the intensity and direction of the flow of this energy. Energy passes through the body seeking to dissolve any areas of restriction which have been blocking the natural flow of energy. Once the free flow of energy is reestablished, the body can function naturally and can more effectively heal itself. A Reiki session results in a general feeling of peace and calm. It is an incredible experience with the capacity for healing of the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual self. Instruction in self-help can enable the recipient to carry this calm forward and to enhance personal healing.
Reiki Classes
There are three levels of Reiki classes: Reiki 1, Reiki 2, and Reiki Master. Each begins with a Reiki attunement which establishes an easy connection to Universal Life Force Energy. Classes progress with background information and techniques which enable the new or continuing practitioner understanding and practice in the channeling of this energy. The Reiki student leaves class prepared to perform daily self healings as well as healings for friends and family. Each level of Reiki brings a higher level of Reiki energy to the student.
